Managed Services Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible and uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its design and testing target.
1. Using this website
Visitors should be able to:
- zoom content without text becoming unusable;
- navigate using a keyboard;
- use visible focus indicators and a skip link;
- use headings, landmarks and descriptive links with assistive technology;
- read content with suitable colour contrast; and
- use the site on common phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
The site uses plain HTML text for policy content. Supplied PDFs are offered as an additional download, not as the only way to read those policies.
2. Conformance position
This website has been designed and checked against sensible WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices. It has not received an independent accessibility audit, so Managed Services Ltd does not claim certified or complete conformance.
Max to confirm after representative assistive-technology testing: whether to describe the site as fully or partially conformant and any known remaining exceptions. The present statement deliberately avoids an unsupported conformance claim.

The site is built with semantic HTML, responsive CSS and limited JavaScript. It does not require an account or rely on pointer-only interaction for its main functions. Motion is reduced where a visitor has enabled a reduced-motion preference.
The website is intended for current versions of widely used browsers and assistive technologies. Very old or unsupported software may not reproduce every feature correctly.
5. Assessment and review
The website was reviewed on 25 July 2026 using automated structural checks, keyboard navigation, responsive layouts and inspection of headings, landmarks, labels, alternative text and focus treatment.
Max to confirm: the date and result of testing with representative screen-reader and browser combinations.
The statement and website will be reviewed after material design or content changes and when a visitor reports a barrier.
